Q. Could my goods be delivered to me?

A. Yes, no problem, we’re able to delivery to any selected address. Delivery charges may apply.


Q. Is there are delivery charge?

A. Yes. The charge for delivery on all tool and equipment hire will be quoted when you place your order.


Q. Will the equipment I’ve hired be delivered to the exact place that I require them?

A. We always work to the highest standards of safety, so you can be reassured that every delivery will be safe and delivered to the kerbside. This, however, may limit our abilities to deliver the equipment that you have hired should we deem the location for delivery is unsafe.


Q. I would rather collect my order than have it delivered. Would that be possible?

A. Yes, if you would prefer to collect your order you can do so from one of our locations within the Yorkshire & Humber’s. When you place your order, we can advise you of the location of your closest collection point.


Q. I live overseas, can I hire tools or equipment from you?

A. No, unfortunately we cannot hire any tools or equipment to overseas locations.


Q. Can you deliver my order on a Bank Holiday?

A. Most of our depots are closed on Bank Holidays such as New Year and Christmas Day. Therefore, your order delivery may be delayed.
